DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
You bought it, so why would you wait around for ages until your package arrives. That’s why we aim for next day delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. And better still, we set up every instrument so they’re ready to play straight out of the box. But sometimes things still don’t feel right, so we offer returns on almost all products. For more information click on the tabs below.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses* for FREE on orders of £90 or more, up to 30kg. (As a guide, a standard electric guitar weighs approx. 3-5kg).
If your order is below £90 you’ll be charged at £2.99!
Delivery to the following places is weight dependent and will be calculated at the checkout:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
- Republic of Ireland
If your order is above 30kg and going to any location, delivery costs will be indicated at the checkout.
How long do I have to wait for my delivery?
We deliver in-stock items within 1-3 working days to any location. Pre-order/back-order delivery times will be indicated on the basket page.
Where possible, we will part dispatch orders which contain a combination of in-stock and pre-order/back-order items.
Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes, we can. But not if you’re ordering using our finance options, it must be delivered to the billing address.
Which couriers do you use?
We deliver most parcels using FEDEX or Royal Mail for small or lightweight items.
If you live outside the UK please contact us prior to placing your order. We can then provide you with an accurate quotation for carriage.
All orders are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. All electrical products purchased from Music Bros are designed to work on UK voltage and will come with a 3 pin, UK style mains lead.
Please note that, whilst we offer a 12-month warranty on all goods shipped to the EU, we do not cover the cost of returning faulty or damaged goods. If you need to return a product, please contact us in advance of returning an item.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw our free delivery offer without prior notification.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it by an insured delivery method with all packaging intact and it in its original condition within 14 days, and we’ll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal value, or give you a full refund (please note that second-hand equipment is not covered by this policy).
If you are returning goods because they have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. This is so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem as swiftly as possible.
Before returning any equipment, you must contact our Customer Service team for a Returns Number. Items returned without a valid returns number will be rejected. Refunds are made within 30 days. Please note that we can arrange the collection and return of goods in this instance but these additional costs must be paid for by the customer.
Please note if you’re returning a product it needs to be sent in it’s original packaging or a suitable alternative, as any damage in transit caused by unsuitable or no packaging will result in the return being rejected or a restocking fee based on the severity of the damage and value of the item.
Certain products cannot be returned for Health and Safety reasons. Items such as microphones, headphones, earplugs, harmonicas, and brass and woodwind mouthpieces. If you have purchased any of these products and believe it to be faulty then please contact our Returns Department and they will assist you.
